About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable full time Warehouse Worker to join our Kelowna team.

You’ll work under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor, supporting daily operations including receiving, shipping, and maintaining temperature-controlled inventory.

Key Responsibilities
Receive and organize incoming shipments of seedlings
Prepare and stage outbound orders for delivery
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
Maintain accurate inventory records and proper cold storage conditions
Keep work areas clean, protected, and organized
Follow all health and safety guidelines

Qualifications
Previous warehouse experience required – Forklift experience preferred
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive tasks
Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments
Must have steel-toed boots and reliable transportation
Robust attention to detail, punctuality,



and teamwork attitude

Work Environment

This role involves a mix of indoor and outdoor work, including cold storage areas with temperatures as low as -2°C. Proper protective clothing is recommended.

Schedule & Compensation
Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Overtime: May be available during peak receiving periods

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
Kelowna, BC V1X 7S5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)

Language:
English (required)

Licence/Certification:
Forklift Licence (preferred)
