The Role

We're looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to generate and qualify sales appointments through outbound and inbound calling. You'll turn leads into high-quality appointments for our sales team, driving growth across Ontario and Nova Scotia.

What You'll Do
Make outbound calls, texts, and messages to prospective clients to generate interest in our HVAC solutions.
Convert warm inbound leads from Meta Ads and Google Ads into qualified appointments.
Qualify leads and schedule confirmed, accurate appointments for the sales team.
Handle objections professionally and keep conversations moving toward a booked appointment.
Keep CRM records accurate and track your own booking and conversion performance.

What You Bring




5+ years of appointment setting or lead generation experience, inbound and outbound.
Strong CRM skills and comfort with Google Workspace.
Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and thrives in a rapid-paced, KPI-driven environment.

Pay: $65,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
