Position Summary
This role involves producing meat and food products including cutting, trimming, and preparing meats, along with flavouring and producing specialty sausages.

This is a full-time position in a growing industry, commencing immediately.

Job Responsibilities:
Preparing various meat products and processed meats
Preparing food products and specialty items for the retail counter
Preparation and packaging in the processing areas




Following all food safety standards and sanitation procedures
Adjusting and fine tuning production equipment
Record information on products inspected
Keeping the work area tidy and clean

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
Accuracy and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Mechanical and technical aptitude
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour

Experience:
Meat processing: 1 year (preferred)
