Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to provide exceptional in-home support to individuals in need of assistance. Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to enhance comfort and independence
Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and assist with feeding if necessary
Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and document all medication activities diligently
Support clients with mobility and transfer tasks, including heavy lifting when required, ensuring safety at all times
Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness and promote mental well-being
Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry,



and organizing living spaces to maintain a protected environment
Monitor health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals promptly

Requirements
Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, hospice care, or home care settings is highly preferred
Demonstrated experience working with individuals with disabilities or dementia care needs
Solid patient care skills with a compassionate approach to caregiving
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when assisting clients with mobility or transfers
Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols
Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow detailed care plans
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
