Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Team Member to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing food items, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in food service, and restaurant operations within a fast-paced setting. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred but not required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Duties
Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards
Operate POS systems and manage cash handling accurately during transactions
Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing concerns
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in compliance with food safety standards
Assist with food safety procedures, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales




Manage time effectively during peak hours to ensure prompt service
Support team members in kitchen operations and front-of-house duties as needed

Skills
Experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments preferred
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and qualified demeanor
Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
Kitchen experience or food industry background is a plus
Effective communication skills for teamwork and customer interaction
Ability to upsell menu items to enhance sales prospects

Job Types: Full-time, Part time

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
