Job description:

M's Travel Ltd. Since open busness 1997 , we have 3 branches( two in Richmond city shopping mall and one in Burnaby City Crystal shopping mall .

New applicants without experience are welcome to apply, but they must be fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, and have a responsible and hardworking attitude.

Locations: Richmond, BC & Burnaby (Crystal Mall), BC

Position Details

Full-Time Permanent Position

Multiple Openings Available

Applicants may choose either Richmond or Burnaby as their permanent work location. No rotation

is required.

Work Schedule

5 days per week, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.

Candidates must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week.

Mandatory Requirements

Fluent in English,



Cantonese and Mandarin (spoken and written)

Solid customer service and communication skills

Professional, dependable and responsible

Hardworking, self-motivated and willing to learn

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Legally authorized to work in Canada

Preferred Qualifications

Travel agency experience preferred

Experience using the Amadeus reservation system preferred

Flight reservation experience preferred

Cruise sales and cruise booking experience preferred

Knowledge of cruise products and cruise policies is an asset

Compensation

BC Minimum Wage or higher based on qualifications and experience, plus commission
