Duties
Assist with the preparation and clean-up of work sites, including clearing debris and organizing materials
Support skilled tradespeople by handling basic tasks such as mixing materials, measuring, and transporting supplies
Operate hand tools and power tools safely under supervision to complete assigned tasks
Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
Perform general maintenance duties, including minor repairs and inspections of equipment or structures
Help with loading and unloading materials, ensuring proper storage and handling procedures are followed




Contribute to project timelines by working efficiently and communicating effectively with team members

Experience
Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or general labour is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions with stamina and resilience
Strong attention to safety procedures and willingness to adhere to all health and safety regulations
Valuable communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials used in manual labour roles is advantageous
A proactive attitude with a desire to learn current skills and grow within the industry
Must have drivers license and method of transportation
