Responsibilities
Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and organizing materials to ensure smooth workflow
Carry out manual tasks such as lifting, digging, mixing, and transporting supplies or equipment
Support skilled tradespeople by providing tools, materials, and assistance as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work workplace by adhering to safety protocols and cleaning up work areas regularly
Operate basic machinery or equipment under supervision, including forklifts or power tools if certified




Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately to ensure team safety at all times

Experience
Previous experience in manual labour or construction is a plus but not required; we value enthusiasm and a strong work ethic above all
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions with stamina and resilience
Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow directions clearly and communicate effectively
