Overview
We are a busy, growing medical spa seeking a qualified and client-focused team member to join our practice. This position is experience-based, with responsibilities tailored to the successful candidate’s skills and background.

Primary Responsibilities:
Front desk and reception duties
Scheduling, charting, and client management using Jane App
Supporting daily clinic operations and treatment staff

Additional Responsibilities May Include:
Performing aesthetic and/or laser treatments (where certified)
Client consultations and education
Sales, retail recommendations, and client relationship building

Preferred Experience (2+ years in at least 2 categories) :
Medical aesthetics or esthetics
Laser technology
Reception or administrative support
Sales or customer service in a medical or spa setting
Experience using Jane App or similar clinic management software
Social media or Marketing
