What You’ll Do:
Welcome and assist clients with a warm, skilled attitude
Answer phones and manage appointments
Process client transactions and bookings
Assist with retail sales and product recommendations
Maintain a clean, organized reception area
Support the salon, spa, and boutique teams with daily operations
Help create a positive and memorable experience for every guest

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Computer and scheduling experience is an asset
