Clément is a family owned business founded in 1939 which is a baby and children store that sells accessories, clothing and furniture.

The Sales Associate will focus on one primary objective – creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers as well as offer customers a complete and personalized service.

Main tasks and responsibilities
Advise the customer by answering questions about the products to help them make the best decision and retain them
Be aware of the products in store
Apply effective sales techniques
Make sure that the store is well maintained
Use the computer tools available to do research purposes
Manage billing and finalize customer service

Requirements
Experience in customer service
Computer skills

WORKING CONDITIONS




2 full time position : Available from Monday to sunday as well as 1 to 2 evenings per week. (25 + hours a week) Full availability
