PROSTAFF is seeking motivated General Labourers for our client in Windsor, ON.

This is a full time position that operates on a rotating continental shift.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are looking to build a long-term career in logistics and manufacturing.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Perform general warehouse duties including loading/unloading trucks, palletizing, staging, and material movement
Assist with shipping and receiving, ensuring accurate documentation and handling
Pick, pack, and prepare materials for production and outbound shipments
Operate manual and powered material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and production areas
Support inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment
Follow SOPs and safety guidelines, including PPE requirements
Report damaged materials, equipment issues, or safety concerns promptly
Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations




Assist with material flow to and from production lines to support continuous manufacturing
Participate in health and safety training, especially regarding lithium-ion battery materials

The successful candidate will have the following experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
1–2 years of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics preferred (but not required)
Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory handling
Solid attention to detail and teamwork skills
Ability to follow safety procedures consistently
Willingness to work rotating shifts (days/afternoons/nights)
Successfully pass a Criminal Background Check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.60 per hour
