execution, resource allocation and budgetCommunicate effectively and favor efficient open communication.Coordinate the efforts of Bombardier's support functions - Legal Services, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Communications – to carry out your team’s mandates.Support the continuous improvement of your team’s mandatesHow to thrive in this role?You have a bachelor’s degree in engineering.You have more than 15 years of relevant experience in aeronautics engineering, including 3 as a team leader.You have strong knowledge of R&T management practices.You have strong experience working with multidisciplinary and technically complex projects in the aeronautics industry, and strong knowledge of early aircraft development phasesYou can manage multiple concurrent projects and activitiesYou strive for harmonious cohesive teamwork and support knowledge sharing at all levels.You are autonomous, result-driven, and enthusiastic with strong work ethics.You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.You have strong communication skills and can easily tailor your communication to suit the audience.You are able to represent Bombardier with industry, academia, and partner organizations.You are fluent in French and EnglishPlease note: You don’t need all the skills, knowledge, and experience listed to apply for this position.
