The role partners closely with cross‑functional teams to translate strategic objectives into effective compensation solutions that drive advisor performance, retention, and business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, analyze, document and validate business requirements and/or specifications for new or enhanced compensation plans.Model financial impacts of compensation plan design changes.Provide advanced analytics to support senior leadership in data‑driven decisions.Participate in annual incentive compensation design reviews and ensure systems are updated.Evaluate workflows and procedures, initiate process improvements,
