Partner with HRPD leaders, subject matter experts and senior stakeholders to design and implement complex companywide initiatives. Drive change management, communications, and enablement to support successful implementation and sustained use. Modernize HR programs through technology solutions, automation and emerging AI to create intuitive and efficient experiences.

Use data, insights and external trends to continuously assess, evolve and improve program effectiveness. Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. ~10+ years progressive human resources experience including leading talent management and organizational development initiatives. ~Experience leading talent programs, preferably in a large, complex or multi-national organization. ~ Strong program and project leadership skills, including change management and stakeholder influence. ~ Experience working with HR metrics, dashboards, reporting tools and/or talent analytics to support business insights.
