Duties

- Perform cosmetic injections such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other non-surgical facial treatments with precision and care
- Provide personalized consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable aesthetic solutions
- Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a clean and sterile environment during all procedures
- Educate clients on treatment options, aftercare instructions, and product benefits to foster informed decision-making
- Assist at the front desk with guest services, scheduling appointments, and managing client records
- Conduct product demos for skincare lines, makeup applications, or body waxing services to enhance client satisfaction




- Upsell complementary treatments and retail products to optimize client results and practice growth

Qualifications

- Valid certification or license to perform cosmetic injections in accordance with local regulations
- Proven experience in customer service, retail sales, or hospitality environments with strong communication skills
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for clinical procedures
- Skilled in providing exceptional guest services with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Experience with body waxing, hair styling, eyelash extensions, nail care or makeup application is a plus but not required
- Ability to educate clients effectively about treatments and products while building trust and rapport
- Enthusiastic team player committed to ongoing learning and professional development
