Responsibilities
Apply eyelash extensions with precision and care, ensuring safety and client satisfaction
Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable lash styles and enhancements
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all treatment areas
Assist clients at the front desk, scheduling appointments, and managing client records
Promote retail products related to eyelash care and beauty enhancements through upselling techniques
Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and feedback
Educate clients on aftercare instructions to ensure long-lasting results
Keep up-to-date with the latest eyelash extension trends, techniques, and industry best practices
Requirements
Proven experience in eyelash extensions application is required
Robust retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products effectively
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and qualified demeanor

Certification in eyelash extensions is MANDATORY
