We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Cafe Manager to lead our vibrant cafe team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As the heart of our operation, you will oversee daily cafe activities, ensure food quality and safety standards are met, and foster a welcoming environment for both staff and guests. Duties
Manage daily cafe operations, including opening, closing, and maintaining smooth workflow throughout shifts
Supervise and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold food safety standards
Oversee food preparation, cooking, serving, and food handling processes to ensure quality and consistency
Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new staff members to build a strong, capable team
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper food storage practices are followed
Enforce health and safety regulations in compliance with local food industry standards and hospitality best practices

Skills
Proven experience in food service, restaurant management,



or hospitality roles with supervisory responsibilities
Solid knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking processes, and food safety protocols
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively and foster a positive work environment
Proficiency with POS systems like Micros POS and cash handling procedures
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences
Experience in interviewing, hiring, training, and managing restaurant or cafe staff
Familiarity with kitchen operations, food industry regulations, and restaurant management software
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a rapid-paced setting
