Summary

Join our team as a Showroom consultant ( Designer assistant)and job coordinator In this role, you will oversee daily showroom operations, work with a dedicated team, and ensure our customers receive outstanding service. Your contribution will help us continue to provide top-quality window covering solutions , furniture selections and accessories aligned with our company's values.

Responsibilities
Manage daily showroom operations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Assist design consultants with selections, pricing, ordering and job management.
Create collages to demonstrate to clients how it will look in their home
Coordinate product demonstrations and presentations to clients for other designers




Oversee inventory management and merchandising efforts.
Collaborate with marketing to promote showroom events and campaigns.
Maintain excellent customer relationships through personalized service.
Answer phones and emails and provide premium customer service
Work with wholesalers to place orders and track job progress
Qualifications
Proven experience in retail sales or showroom management.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in outside sales techniques.
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software programs.
Knowledge of window coverings or furniture sales is a plus.
Multilingual abilities are advantageous.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
