Overview – Nor-Arc Industrial is seeking an experienced Construction – Project Manager to lead and deliver industrial construction projects from initial client contact through to post-project evaluation. The successful candidate will oversee project planning, execution, financial performance, safety and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise and coordinate project teams, ensuring all work is completed safely, professionally and in accordance with company standards.
Manage project budgets, schedules and resources to ensure profitability and timely delivery.
Oversee project estimating, scope development and planning activities.
Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, vendors and regulatory authorities.
Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and progress updates.
Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and industry regulations.




Provide in office presence as required; some travel may be necessary
Report to senior management with regular updates on project status and performance.

Qualifications and Skills
Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven financial management capabilities within a project workplace.
Proficiency with information technology systems and construction software.
Solid problem -solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Previous experience in industrial or construction project management is an asset.

Compensation & Benefits
Full Time, permanent role.
Salary range: 70,000 – 95,000 commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Comprehensive health plan and retirement plan available after successful completion of a 3-month probation period.
