Duties
Reach out to potential clients via telemarketing calls, emails, and social media platforms to introduce our products and services
Qualify leads by understanding client needs and assessing their potential fit for our solutions
Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations to build strong relationships and identify new opportunities
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that attract prospective clients
Maintain accurate records of all interactions using CRM tools such as Salesforce




Negotiate terms with prospects to close sales or set appointments for further discussions
Support business development initiatives by researching new markets and industry trends

Qualifications
Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or technical sales preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
Robust negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
Familiarity with B2B sales processes and marketing strategies
Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce for tracking leads and managing customer relationships
Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle objections professionally
Basic understanding of technology sales or related industries is advantageous but not mandatory
