Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations and lead our team in delivering exceptional results. Duties
Lead and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all projects.
Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage inventory of materials and tools, ensuring availability for ongoing projects.




Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and resource allocation.

Experience
Proven experience in a managerial role within the countertop or construction industry is essential.
Robust knowledge of construction techniques and restoration processes.
Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics to guide project execution effectively.
Familiarity with safety protocols related to construction work environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances on-site.
