Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Industrial Painter / Metal Painter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and painting metal surfaces and industrial products while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities
Prepare metal surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, grinding, and masking.
Apply paint, coatings, and finishes to metal products and components.
Use spray guns and other painting equipment safely and effectively.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality and consistency.
Mix and prepare paints and coatings as required.
Maintain painting equipment and keep the work area clean and organized.
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
Work efficiently to meet daily production targets.





Requirements
Previous experience as an Industrial Painter, Metal Painter, or Spray Painter is preferred.
Experience painting metal surfaces is required.
Knowledge of paint preparation, mixing, and finishing techniques.
Experience using spray guns and painting equipment.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.
Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation

$22.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience.
