Overview
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Dog Daycare Attendant to join our team. This role involves caring for dogs in a secure, clean, and engaging setting, ensuring each pet receives attentive care and a positive experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals, excellent customer service skills, and the physical ability to handle the demands of the job. Responsibilities
Supervise and interact with dogs during playtime, rest periods, and feeding times to ensure safety and well-being
Monitor dog behavior and intervene when necessary to prevent conflicts or injuries
Maintain cleanliness of the daycare area, including cleaning kennels, play zones, and common spaces
Assist with feeding, administering medication if needed, and providing basic grooming support
Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their pets’ activities and health status
Handle heavy lifting of supplies, equipment,



or animals when required
Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure workplace for both dogs and staff

Requirements
Prior experience with animals or in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
Passion for working with dogs and understanding of canine behavior
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 50 pounds) as needed for supplies or animals
Strong communication skills to interact professionally with pet owners and team members
Reliable, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
A positive attitude and enthusiasm for animal care are essential

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
