Responsibilities
Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and install roofing materials accurately and efficiently
Assist with the preparation and cleaning of work sites, ensuring safety and organization at all times
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute roofing plans precisely
Perform heavy lifting of roofing materials, equipment, and supplies safely and effectively
Apply caulking and sealants to ensure waterproofing and weatherproofing of roofing systems
Support carpentry tasks related to framing, sheathing, or structural adjustments as needed
Follow safety protocols diligently,



including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during all activities

Qualifications
Prior construction experience, particularly in roofing or carpentry, is highly desirable
Proficiency with hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills, and measuring devices
Ability to read blueprints and technical instructions with clarity
Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights on rooftops
Experience with caulking, sealing, or waterproofing techniques is a plus
Handyman experience or general construction skills are beneficial for versatile task execution
Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and a proactive attitude toward learning
