Duties
Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing qualified and friendly customer service at all times.
Manage phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously, taking messages for management.
Handle data entry tasks with precision using Microsoft Office and the Park with us system.
Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are properly stored and easily accessible.
Support administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, calendar management, and correspondence.
Book customers into the park, handling deposits, collecting personal information.




Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the office to promote a welcoming environment.
Conduct transactions for customers whether it is corn maze admission, groceries, and veggie sales.

Requirements
Cash handling experience.
Excellent customer service skills with skilled phone etiquette and communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
Availability is open to evenings and weekends.
