Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting various construction, maintenance, and manufacturing projects by performing physically demanding tasks that contribute to the overall success of our operations. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn recent skills in a dynamic work setting.

Responsibilities
Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
Prepare work sites by cleaning and organizing tools and supplies
Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks as needed
Perform manual labor such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects
Maintain safety standards by following proper procedures and wearing protective gear
Ensure work areas are clean, secure, and organized at all times
Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision




Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently

Requirements
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and attention to detail
Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or related fields is a plus but not required
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Reliable transportation to job sites if not provided by the employer
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed

Pay: $18.00-$27.82 per hour
