Responsibilities
Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk management, guest services, and staff coordination
Lead and supervise team members to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
Coordinate with human resources for staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
Assist in budgeting processes and monitor operational expenses to optimize resource allocation
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly to foster positive experiences




Support marketing efforts by promoting hotel amenities and services to enhance revenue opportunities

Requirements
Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or hotel industry
Robust customer service skills with a friendly and qualified demeanor
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
Previous hotel experience, especially at the front desk or guest services area
Knowledge of human resources practices related to staffing and employee relations
Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team
Familiarity with budgeting, hotel operations, and hospitality standards
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills to interact confidently with guests and staff
