Responsibilities
Install, repair, and replace tires using hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely
Perform routine oil changes and fluid top-offs in accordance with manufacturer specifications
Conduct vehicle inspections to identify mechanical issues or maintenance needs
Rotate and balance tires to ensure optimal vehicle performance and safety
Maintain cleanliness of work area and properly dispose of used parts and fluids
Assist customers by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance or repairs




Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic vehicle problems and support more complex repairs as needed

Skills
Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred
Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods during tire installation or maintenance tasks
Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients
Familiarity with automotive maintenance procedures and safety protocols
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Basic sales skills to recommend additional services that benefit the customer’s vehicle health
