Responsibilities
Assist in food preparation and presentation to uphold quality standards and guest satisfaction
Support the serving team by delivering orders promptly and accurately to tables or designated areas
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas, including food stations, utensils, and equipment
Handle food safety procedures diligently, ensuring compliance with health regulations and proper food handling techniques
Operate POS systems such as Veloce POS for processing orders, payments, and cash handling with accuracy
Contribute to overall restaurant operations by supporting meal preparation, cleaning duties, and restocking supplies as needed




Provide excellent guest services by responding courteously to customer inquiries and ensuring a positive dining experience

Qualifications
Previous food service experience or hospitality background preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is essential
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Experience in kitchen operations, serving, or food handling is advantageous
Knowledge of POS systems such as Veloce POS or similar platforms for cashiering tasks
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Commitment to food safety standards and proper sanitation practices
Excellent teamwork skills combined with proactive communication abilities
