Duties
Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor areas pristine and inviting
Operate heavy machinery such as excavators for landscaping projects and site preparation
Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure healthy plant growth and water efficiency
Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for planting, edging, and general upkeep
Conduct routine inspections of landscapes to identify areas needing repair or improvement
Apply horticultural knowledge to select appropriate plants, fertilizers, and soil treatments for optimal growth
Assist with construction projects like installing walkways, retaining walls, or garden features as needed

Requirements
Proven experience with landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture practices
Mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot equipment such as excavators and irrigation systems
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping and property upkeep
Construction experience is a plus for handling installation projects
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor
Strong attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to property care
Valid driver’s license is mandatory
