Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Baker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our baking team in production of all doughs made in house; pizza, yeasted breads and sourdough breads, as well as preparing all desserts and baking all breads. You will work in a rapid-paced kitchen environment, ensuring that all food safety standards are met and that each sandwich is made to perfection. If you have a passion for food and enjoy working with people, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Above intermediate experience with high hydration doughs and sourdough baking is strongly recommended, the products we make here are for experienced hands so you must have the experience or at least the drive to learn and improve.

Duties
Preparing the doughs for the day

-Baking the breads, pizzas and focaccias for the day.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of all food products.
Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages.




Perform basic math calculations for order totals and change during transactions.

-Write and execute prep lists and ordering to ensure that the restaurant is always ready to operate.

Experience
Intermediate-Advanced experience with high hydrations doughs and sourdough

-Intermediate pizza experience
Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain a secure working environment.
Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions accurately in a fast-paced setting.
