Join our team at Urban Liquor Store and become part of a quick-paced, customer-focused retail environment. We’re looking for energetic and motivated Retail Sales Associates who are passionate about great service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with product selection
Share product knowledge and answer customer questions
Restock and organize shelves and displays
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately
Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Meet or exceed sales targets
Upsell additional products to customers
Handle customer complaints and issues professionally
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience

Qualifications:
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Organized and detail-oriented
Previous sales or retail experience is an asset




Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling preferred
Knowledge of liquor, wine, beer, and ready-to-drink products is a strong asset
Experience in a liquor store, winery, or brewery setting is a plus
Evening and night availability is required
