Installation Technician – Agricultural Equipment

Norwell Dairy Systems Ltd. is looking for a practical, hands-on individual to join our installation team. If you enjoy working with tools, solving problems, being around farms, and seeing the results of a good day’s work, this could be a outstanding fit.

Agricultural or mechanical experience is an asset, but it is not required. We are looking for someone with a robust work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to take initiative.

What You’ll Do
Install agricultural and dairy equipment on farms
Work with tools, equipment, and machinery
Read instructions, measurements, and equipment layouts
Troubleshoot challenges and find practical solutions
Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers,



and other trades
Keep jobsites secure, clean, and organized
Participate in after-hours service rotation once adequately trained
Take on other responsibilities as your skills and experience grow

What We’re Looking For

Comfort working in agricultural and farm settings

Experience with agriculture, dairy farms, construction, welding, equipment installation, mechanical work, or the skilled trades would be helpful—but attitude, dependability, and a willingness to learn are just as key.
