We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to perform final cleaning services for newly constructed apartment units. The ideal candidate will ensure all apartments are move-in ready by removing dust, debris, and construction residue while maintaining high-quality cleaning standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform final cleaning of newly built apartment units before tenant move-in

Remove construction dust from walls, ceilings, baseboards, and fixtures

Clean interior windows, window tracks, and glass surfaces

Sweep, mop, and vacuum all floors

Clean and sanitize kitchens (cabinets, countertops, sinks, appliances)

Clean and disinfect bathrooms (toilets, showers, tubs, mirrors, vanities)

Remove paint overspray, stickers, caulking residue, and debris

Wipe down doors, door frames, trim, and light fixtures

Empty trash and dispose of construction debris properly

Report any damages or touch-up needs to supervisor

Qualifications:





Previous construction or post-construction cleaning experience preferred

Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment (vacuums, mops, scrapers, etc.)

Robust attention to detail

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and climb ladders as needed

Reliable transportation

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Work Environment:

Indoor construction sites

Exposure to dust and construction materials

May require flexible hours depending on project deadlines

Compensation:

Hourly pay: $ $18-$22 per hour (based on experience)

Overtime may be available

Job Types: Full time, Part time, Casual

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
