Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our customers in the Metal Working industry by phone and email with professionalism, accuracy, and a solid commitment to service. This role requires excellent problem‑solving skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a customer‑focused mindset.

Responsibilities
Customer Inquiries — Respond to customer questions via phone and email with professionalism, clarity, and attention to detail.
Quotes & Orders — Prepare quotes, enter new orders, update existing orders, and verify accuracy of all information.
Return Requests — Process and track returns, ensuring timely resolution and coordinating vendor returns when required.
Shipping & Pricing Support — Assist with delivery updates, shipping issues, pricing questions, and related concerns.
Technical Assistance — Offer basic product support or collaborate with internal technical teams for more complex inquiries.




Sales Administration — Provide administrative support to Sales Representatives.
Product Sourcing — Source products as needed to meet customer requirements.
Problem Solving — Troubleshoot issues, investigate complaints, and resolve customer concerns effectively.
Spot Buys — Purchase non‑inventory items from local vendors when required.
Team Support — Provide backup coverage for other CSR team members.
Warehouse Support — Assist with warehouse coverage when needed.

Requirements
1–2 years of customer service or order‑processing experience (experience in the metal cutting industry would be an asset)
Robust verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage tasks and priorities effectively
Problem‑solving skills and a positive, customer‑focused attitude

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
