In this energetic role, you’ll be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing a variety of surfaces with precision and care. Your mechanical knowledge, hands-on skills, and attention to detail will ensure high-quality results that enhance our projects. Duties
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality
Apply paint, coatings, or finishes using hand tools, power tools, spray equipment, or brushes with accuracy and consistency
Conduct inspections of finished surfaces for quality assurance, ensuring smooth, even coats without defects
Maintain a clean workspace by organizing tools,



disposing of waste properly, and adhering to safety protocols

Experience
Proven experience in painting within a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred
Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices to support continuous improvement initiatives
Solid attention to detail combined with excellent communication skills for teamwork and safety compliance
