Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly, present menus, and assist with food and beverage selections to enhance their dining experience
Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely and correct delivery of food and drinks
Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering, processing payments accurately, and providing change
Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all service areas, including tables, counters, and kitchen stations




Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly

Skills
Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with strong guest service skills
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and cashiering tasks
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and upselling transactions accurately
Solid communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
Previous kitchen or food industry experience is a plus for understanding food preparation processes
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude and flexibility
