Roles and Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Shift Supervisor the Lead Hand will be responsible for:

Working closely with the Shift Supervisor to direct, organize, and coordinate the production activities to meet scheduled production volume requirements

Continually strive to foster a safe and healthy team environment

Assist in train recent staff, and coaching existing

Uphold the company values of family, quality, and innovation

Qualifications and Experience

English language skills - Ability to read & write, complete paperwork

1+ years Food production manufacturing experience

Knowledge of food industry, HACCP

Knowledge of food hygiene standards GMP
