Job DescriptionAs a Technical Writer Co-op student, you will be required to assist in the production of high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for the intended audience. This role works closely with various departments to translate technical concepts into accessible content.Location:54 Morton Avenue East, Brantford, ONDedicated Day Shift:8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - FridayAssist in creating and updating documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences, including user guides, service manuals, and training materialsWork with engineers, developers, and product teams to gather information and ensure content accuracySupport the team in the creation and revision of hydraulic and electrical schematics using existing engineering drawingsConduct research on products and technologies to help maintain relevant and up-to-date documentationIncorporate feedback from team members to improve documentation quality and usabilityAssist in reviewing and proofreading content to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctnessSkills and ExperienceStrong written communication skills with attention to grammar, punctuation, and clarityAbility to understand and explain technical concepts in a straightforward and concise mannerFamiliarity with utilizing programs such as Adobe InDesign, Paligo (CCMS), Adobe Illustrator, Corel Designer, SolidWorks,
