You will support a small team of hourly employees to develop their capability and drive results.What you can expect from usCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefits designed to fit your unique needsA dynamic and inclusive culture that promotes you to bring your whole-self to workInspiring positive change for people and the planet with sustainability goalsA supportive team that will encourage your professional growth and developmentTotal Compensation:$51,800 - $84,420ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, and verification of sanitation programs including Master Sanitation Schedule, Environmental monitoring, ATP.Ensure sanitation activities are completed effectively and documented accurately to meet requirements.Verify sanitation effectiveness through inspections, ATP verification, and environmental monitoring swabbing and review.Own and maintain sanitation-related documentation, including SSOPs, records, and verification sheets.Identify trends in sanitation data and recommend improvements to reduce non-conformancesCoach and support sanitation team members to ensure consistent execution of sanitation procedures.Deliver and support training on sanitation practices, GMPs, and food safety expectationsCollaborate with Quality, Production, Maintenance,
