We are seeking a talented individual to join our consulting team at Mercer, a Marsh business. This role will be based in Vancouver. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.As a Senior Health Consultant, you will lead complex client engagements with accountability for revenue and profitability. You will oversee multiple analysts and ensure the delivery of high-quality work that meets client expectations. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis.
