Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and motivated Hotel Managers to lead our Harmony Inn Motel team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and manage staff to uphold our high standards of hospitality. Your leadership will drive the success of the motel by fostering a welcoming workplace and maintaining productive service.

Duties
Supervise front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
Lead and motivate staff members, providing guidance in customer service, guest relations, and hospitality best practices.
Manage daily financial activities including budgeting, expense tracking, and revenue reporting to ensure profitability.
Oversee human resources functions such as staff scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel policies while maintaining a secure setting for guests and staff.




Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, delivering outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to uphold cleanliness and operational excellence.

Requirements
Proven supervising experience in the hospitality or hotel industry with strong leadership skills.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse guests effectively.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
Previous hotel experience is highly preferred; familiarity with front desk operations is a plus.
Strong understanding of human resources practices including staffing, training, and conflict management.
Experience with budgeting, financial management, and operational planning within a hospitality setting.
Exceptional communication skills with attention to detail in phone etiquette and guest interactions.
