Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Dishwasher/Kitchen Helper to join our busy restaurant team. This role is essential for maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, food safety, and supporting culinary operations. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is a plus but not required; we value a solid work ethic and willingness to learn.

Duties
Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Assist with basic meal preparation and food handling tasks as needed
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including counters, sinks, and storage spaces
Support food preparation activities by organizing ingredients and supplies
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
Help with serving food to guests when necessary
Restock supplies and assist in organizing the kitchen for optimal workflow




Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements
Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and basic kitchen procedures is advantageous
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills and good communication abilities
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if required
A positive attitude and eagerness to support the culinary team in delivering excellent service

Pay: $18.40-$22.00 per hour
