WHAT YOU'LL DO
Welcome patients and families with warmth and professionalism
Manage scheduling, confirmations, and patient flow
Answer phones and respond to inquiries in a friendly, timely manner
Support administrative and front office operations

A genuine passion for customer service and working with people — essential
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment
Experience in a customer service role is an asset — we will train the right person
