Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Detailer / Paint Correction Technician to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional vehicle detailing services, including paint correction, buffing, and thorough cleaning, to ensure customer satisfaction. Duties
Perform comprehensive vehicle cleaning, including washing, vacuuming, and interior detailing
Conduct paint correction and buffing to restore vehicle finishes and remove imperfections
Apply protective coatings such as wax or sealants to enhance vehicle appearance
Ceramic coating application
Maintain cleanliness of work area and tools, adhering to safety and custodial standards
Assist with janitorial or custodial tasks as needed to uphold shop cleanliness
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about services performed
Operate company vehicles responsibly when transporting vehicles or equipment
Follow all safety protocols during detailing procedures and use of chemicals or equipment
Requirements
Training on site
Strong customer service skills with a skilled attitude
Ability to operate a vehicle safely and possess a valid driver’s license
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
Willingness to learn new skills related to automotive detailing and paint correction
