Job Summary

Responsibilities
Support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking processes.
Supervise and motivate kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to recipes and presentation standards.
Oversee food handling procedures to maintain compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Assist in training team members on food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and service standards.
Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies,



and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment at all times.
Serve as a role model for professionalism, leadership, and teamwork within the restaurant management team.

Experience
Proven supervising experience in a quick-paced food service or restaurant environment.
Extensive food preparation and cooking experience across various cuisines.
Strong background in food handling, safety practices, and restaurant management principles.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
Previous restaurant experience with a focus on hospitality excellence and customer service.
Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance.
Passion for the food industry with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Pay: $28.00-$33.00 per hour
