Tea Room Manager – Part time

Schedule: Part time, with hours varying by season. Friday to Sunday during the summer, and Saturday to Sunday during the fall, winter and spring. Additional 4–5 hours may be required during weeks when special teas are held.

Responsibilities:
Manage Tea Room bookings and respond to customer inquiries.
Coordinate staff and volunteers for Tea Room events.
Order supplies and coordinate with bakers to ensure everything is ready for teas and events.
Keep the Tea Room and kitchen stocked, clean and ready for service.
Manage the Tea Room calendar and daily cash reconciliation.
Train and support staff and volunteers with Tea Room duties.
Oversee set-up, service, clean-up and closing.
Coordinate with the Administrator regarding Tea Room and Gift Shop needs.
Work with community groups and organizations when needed.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $20.00 per hour
