Build trusting relationships through home visits
Guide families in establishing their goals and objectives




Record and monitor home visit data with accuracy
Facilitate referrals to community resources

Grade 12 education or relevant qualifications
Experience in child and family services is beneficial
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
Recent transparent Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check
