Cut and trim raw meat according to company specifications.
Work in a cold/chilled workplace for extended periods.
Handle raw meat safely and follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.
Operate knives and cutting equipment safely and correctly.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow production targets, quality standards, and supervisor instructions.
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Safety shoes are mandatory for this position.
Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive cutting and lifting tasks.
Follow all workplace health and safety policies.
Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
